We have multiple sites and had a major problem with our team members charging our customers various prices for the same product at different stores.  We found that the Quest system fixed this problem for us right away.

Quest also allowed us to collect information on product sales so we can make better business decisions on what products are selling and what is thrown away at the end of the day.  Being in the fresh food market this can effect our bottom line if you don't know what is selling and what is not.

Petone Working Men's Club
"Petone Working Men’s Club has been using the Quest Point of Sale system since 1999, where it has been used in the busy bars and restaurants throughout our large venue.  The fact that we are still using the original hardware on all sites that we manage after years of constant use is not only testament to the reliability of the Quest hardware, but also the rugged design to cope with new and constantly changing hospitality type environments.

The system installed at PWMC incorporates both the Quest Versa Term and V-touch POS terminals together with Task Manager back office software.  The system’s Loyalty facilities are used to track membership spending patterns as well as for promotional purposes. Stock control in any business is always a major concern and the Quest PDE stock take unit has improved our accuracy, reduced our regular stock take time significantly and clearly identified critical control.

Being one of the largest chartered clubs in New Zealand with multi sites, a fast reliable POS System which offers us a wide range of business management tools is an essential element to help us run our venues profitably and successfully. 

Through the Clubs accountant Colin Stuttle we have been able to integrate the MYOB accounting package successfully producing quick and accurate financial reporting for board members and staff.
